Joseph M Neitzel, RA

Principal

Joseph Neitzel is a New York State Registered Architect and has over 10 years of professional experience, with a concentration in complex projects in New York City, and the surrounding metro area.

Joseph holds licenses to practice architecture in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Rhode Island, Virginia, Delaware and North Carolina and has active projects in many of these states. Additionally, Joseph is NCARB Certified, allowing him to be licensed in 45 of the 50 States in the Country.  

Joseph's success can be attributed to the thorough understanding of his clients’ needs and his in-depth knowledge of Architecture. In addition to his diverse commercial background, he specializes in high-end private residences. He enjoys working on complex architectural projects that provide the firm with distinction of design.
